????? It really does take a village. As a mother, partner, homeschool teacher, ????? Modern day lifestyles can leave most families to survive and thrive on what may seem like an island. That is where I come in. We can choose our village despite the physical distance. Let's offer each other support, freedom to vent without judgement, humor to make light of any situation, and cheer each other on! accomplish what is in our wildest dreams and simply be the best person we can be.
Overall wellness lies at the heart of a thriving individual and family unit. Without it, dis-ease can exists. My goal is to ignite conversations and provide information regarding health, fitness, nutrition, motherhood, staying healthy in the 21st century, and overall wellness.
