Wellness
Wellness is multidimensional and unique to each and every one of us. I view well-being as a culmination of 8 aspects: Intuition, Habits, Movement, Fuel, Energy, Relationships/Community, Environment, & Spirituality. When you begin to tune-in to your body, mind, & spirit, wellness comes naturally and you begin to realize your sacred nature. I want to help you get back in your body and listen to how it responds to what you eat, how you move, and even the environment you are in.
Physical activity is just one element in the wellness equation. How we view and treat ourselves, what we eat, how we sleep, who we surround ourselves with, and the atmosphere of our homes all contribute to our overall sense of well-being and how we function in this world. And often times, one intentional & life-supporting change leads to another and that builds momentum.
A daily, weekly, or yearly wellness plan, however, isn’t necessarily a one-size-fits-all approach to living. Wellness is dynamic and personal. It is intentional and one must be self-aware and be willing to look at their habits and day-to-day living with a honest heart. And, most importantly, you must want it! It is my goal to bring you ideas and ways to cultivate your ideal state of well-being that is sustainable. Ultimately, it is a lifestyle. And you cannot pour from an empty cup!
Research has shown that it take about 66 days to form a new habit. Today can be Day 1! I want to help you find answers so that you can live your best life and be an expert of your own body. I hope you find this space to be a place of support, motivation, information, and encouragement. Remember, it’s all about a lifestyle, not a life-hack.

Nonetheless, it is the beliefs of the subconscious mind that will need to alter in order to make an changes become ones that stick.
